We currently offer shipping within Malaysia only. However, we have both physical and online stores in Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. If you are located in these countries, you are welcome to visit our stores to shop in person or browse our online offerings.

Can I request for a store pick up?

The store pickup option is temporarily suspended until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information. If the package is still marked as "in transit" or if you haven’t received it within the given timeframe, please email us customercare@escentials.com.my (Operating hours: 9.00AM SGT – 5.30PM MYT Monday to Friday, Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and we will assist you in locating your order.

 

Longer delivery time will be needed in the following situations:

- Any out-of-stock items

- Delivery details provided are incomplete

- Request from customer to change order or delivery details

- During festive seasons or store promotional periods

 

Remarks

“Working day” does not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays in Malaysia.
